Opening Day at Citizens Bank Park is just around the corner and we’ve got some good news for Phillies fans. Xfinity WiFi is now available at the ballpark in locations including Ashburn Alley, the center field rooftop concession area and Harry the K’s. This means anyone with a wireless device can access Xfinity WiFi for free in those areas of the ballpark, whether you’re an Xfinity Internet customer or not.

With Xfinity WiFi you can use your favorite sports apps, share videos of your favorite player hitting a home run, tweet photos of the Phillie Phanatic or your friends in the stands, plays fantasy sports, or check live stats and email.

The addition of Xfinity WiFi at Citizens Bank Park is another example of how we are continuing to expand the number of hotspots available so we can offer our customers the fastest Internet speeds in the home, and a strong and fast Internet option while they are on-the-go. Our team carefully considers where to place access points in areas where our customers are most likely to be – in shopping districts, in train stations and on platforms, near parks and hospitals and in sports arenas like Citizens Bank Park and the Wells Fargo Center.

Over the past year, we’ve added more hotspots throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and launched Xfinity WiFi in Greater Boston, California, in addition to areas of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia. We also have agreements with four other cable companies, under which Xfinity Internet customers can enjoy thousands of hotspots via the "CableWiFi" network in New York, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Orlando and Tampa for no additional charge.

To find a hotspot near you or where you’re likely to be, please visit www.xfinity.com/wifi. To access Xfinity WiFi, look for "xfinitywifi" on your wireless device and follow the prompts to begin your WiFi session.
