One of our three new customer support centers has a new address. The Spokane center, which we’ve been hiring for and has been operating in a temporary location for the past two months, has now found a permanent home. The new, state-of-the-art customer support center will be located in the Meadowwood Technology Park in Liberty Lake. The facility (located at 24001 E Mission Ave) will be approximately 80,000 square feet, has best-in-class technologies that will enable us to better help our customers and will include amenities for employees such as dining and fitness centers.
Work on the permanent center has already begun and we plan to be in the new space by Summer 2016. When the space is complete, more than 750 new employees will be there helping customers with their billing, service questions and more.
