Music is in the air here at Comcast: millions of people watched The Voice finale on NBC, Universal’s Pitch Perfect 2 is number one at the box office and today Xfinity kicks off its sponsorship of Taylor Swift’s The 1989 World Tour.
If you’re not lucky enough to score a ticket for The 1989 World Tour, don’t worry. We have you covered with a series of behind-the-scenes videos and more on Xfinity on Demand.
As part of our sponsorship, we’ll give fans a backstage pass to see what goes into preparing for each show of The 1989 World Tour. And it starts tonight at 11pm ET with a look at the creation of the epic stage and set, including the centerpiece of it all: a first-of-its-kind propeller catwalk which will put Taylor up close and personal with thousands of her fans at each show.
Here’s a short teaser … check Xfinity On Demand later today for the full video.
And it doesn’t stop there. From now until the end of the tour, Xfinity will serve up new behind-the-scenes content. Future installments will focus on different show elements -- from wardrobe, rehearsals with the band, to catering and the tour bus. There will also be excusive videos featuring first-hand fan reactions and experiences from the tour – giving customers the ultimate couch-to-concert experience.
Our Taylor Swift On Demand destination is a one-stop-shop for finding related music, outtakes, TV and movie appearances, as well as a full collection of music videos – including "Bad Blood," which debuted during the 2015 Billboard Awards and features a star-studded cast that includes more than a dozen celebrities – from Selena Gomez to Cindy Crawford to Cara Delevingne and Lena Dunham.
Everything can be found under the "Music" category of On Demand or by just saying "Taylor Swift" into our new voice remote. It’s also available online and on mobile devices via Xfinity TV Go.
