Now through July 14th, Xfinity TV customers will be able to watch all 100 of Disney Channel’s Original Movies on Xfinity On Demand for free. Fans can watch and re-watch all their favorites like High School Musical, Halloweentown, Zenon, Girl of the 21st Century and Descendants at home or on the go via the Xfinity TV app.
On X1, we’re also offering curated collections of the films from the main TV and Kids menu on Xfinity On Demand, including "Crushes and Heartthrobs" and "Movie Franchises We Love," which features all the Teen Beach, Johnny Tsunami and Camp Rock hits in one place. Before they were the stars they are today, famous faces like Zac Efron, Shia LeBeouf, Hilary Duff and Brian Cranston all appeared in Disney Channel Original Movies. Take a trip down memory lane and see them all in our "Before They Were Famous" collection.
Xfinity also conducted a poll of Xfinity customers’ favorite Disney Channel Original Movies, which are revealed in the "Top 24 as Voted by You" collection on X1.
For true Disney movie junkies, Xfinity will also offer a collection of film clips, highlights and featurettes directly on the TV via Xfinity On Demand. The selection gives customers the chance to watch their favorite movie moments, like music videos from hits like The Cheetah Girls and High School Musical, as well as behind-the-scenes action and commentary from stars like Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and Tia & Tamara.
And finally, Disney’s new Adventures in Babysitting will be available to watch on Xfinity On Demand starting June 17 – a full week before the live premiere on June 24th.
