It seems like it is sports season here on Comcast Voices. First the NFL Network announcement, and now a little something more for all the sports

fans out there. Today, Comcast and ESPN are announcing that ESPNU will

be added to Comcast Digital Classic and ESPN360.com to Comcast.net.

ESPNU broadcasts more than 550 live college sporting events every year

including some of the top Division I conferences (like the ACC, Big

East, Big Ten, SEC, and WAC). ESPNU will launch on the majority of our

cable systems in time for the start of this year’s college football

season (including our southern systems so our friends down South can

tune into ESPNU’s new Saturday game-of-the-week Southeastern Conference

package).

As if ESPNU wasn’t enough, the agreement also includes the addition

of ESPN360.com to Comcast.net. This means that Comcast High Speed

Internet customers will get free access to all that ESPN360.com has to

offer (which includes over 3,500 live, global sports events annually).

ESPN360.com is set to debut on Comcast.net before college season as

well.
