Today Comcast and Fox Networks announced a distribution deal that will bring more FOX Networks content to Xfinity TV customers on more platforms than ever before – television, online, on tablets, mobile devices and gaming consoles.

The agreement provides video service to nearly 22 million Comcast Xfinity TV customers of both live and on demand programming from 20 FTS broadcast stations (13 Fox and 7 MyNet) as well as FX, FX Movie Channel, SPEED, FUEL-TV, FOX Soccer, National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo Wild, MundoFox, Fox Deportes, and Fox Business Network.

The deal will also bring significantly more FOX content to Xfinity TV customers across platforms and screens so customers can enjoy FOX shows at home or on the go.  For the first time ever, customers will be able to access current seasons of popular FOX, FX, National Geographic and Nat Geo Wild series on Xfinity On Demand at any time during the current season.

This deal is another big step forward in delivering TV Everywhere and good news for our Xfinity TV customers who will be able to watch more of the FOX content they love in more places and on more devices.

One of the exciting aspects to this agreement is that we have agreed to collaborate throughout the deal on new multiplatform offerings for Xfinity TV customers. The pace of technology is changing rapidly in this space and this aspect of the deal will enable us to continue to innovate and keep our customers ahead of the curve.

We’ll work together with Fox to bring this content to Xfinity TV customers later this year.
