Comcast Remote: Love it? Hate it?

Go ahead, be honest. What do you think of that Comcast remote control? I want to know what you think every time you pick it up to change a channel, adjust the volume while in the dark, or simply navigate around the TV user interface. Are there too many buttons? Does the "Last" key make sense? Did you ever press that "Help" key and wonder why nothing happens?
