Awards season is in full swing, and in honor of the upcoming Academy Awards, Xfinity is offering a week-long sale on 50 previous Oscar-winning films, all for under $5. From February 17th – February 23rd, via the Xfinity Digital Store, Xfinity TV customers can purchase a collection of award-winning films from Gladiator to Gandhi for just $4.99 HD or SD.
With titles ranging from last year’s most talked-about flicks – including 12 Years a Slave, Dallas Buyer’s Club and Blue Jasmine – to classics like To Kill a Mockingbird, West Side Story and The Godfather, Xfinity is offering the opportunity for everyone to add renowned favorites to their at-home digital library.

Movies can be purchased directly though the Xfinity On Demand menu on the set-top box with a click of the remote, or purchased online at the Xfinity TV Store. Once purchased, the movies can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime, on a customer’s TV, online or even through the Xfinity On Demand Purchases app. Owned content can also be downloaded directly to customers’ devices and enjoyed in places where there’s no Internet connection, such as on airplanes, on road trips, and even on the train.
