Anyone that knows me knows that I love to cook. In fact, I would say it is a passion! So, imagine my excitement during the planning for my recent kitchen remodel. I carefully selected each and every element of my kitchen from the counters and tile to the paint and appliances. While going through this, I realized that as consumers we often don’t stop to think about how our products and services are delivered to us; we just assume that they will be delivered and delivered well. I had two very distinct experiences while going through my kitchen remodeling process. The retailer that handled the installation of my counters and tile was a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed every step of the way so that I always knew the status of my order and what to expect. They arrived on time with the right materials and installed them with fine craftsmanship while smiling. It was a great experience! Unfortunately, the installation of my appliances wasn’t so smooth. The appliances arrived on separate days, were not all installed at the same time and I had to repeatedly call the store only to be transferred from person to person to find out the status of my order. As you can imagine, this was a less than pleasant experience.

My goal at Comcast is to provide business customers that choose Comcast an experience like I had with the company that installed my kitchen counters and tile and not like the one I had with my appliance installation. I want to make it a lasting, positive experience that will ensure you understand the value you bring to our business. Over the past year, we have created an entirely new group called the Business Services Coordination team to do just that – to make it their priority to ensure your Business Class products and services are delivered to you in the best way possible from the moment you place your order with the sales representative to the time the technician finishes installing your services. The members of our Business Services Coordination team realize that as owners and managers of your own businesses and offices, the last thing you need on your mind is to worry about when the cable guy is arriving. That’s why with each new sale, your very own Business Services Coordination member is assigned to your account. Once the team member receives your order, he or she will contact you to review the services you signed up for, provide you with an overview of the products you will be receiving, plan an installation appointment that fits your schedule, and keep you posted on the status of your order.

Our Business Services Coordination team members serve as your personal project managers so that you can worry about other important stuff!

As always, I appreciate your feedback in how we can provide the best experience possible during the interval between your purchase and installation of Comcast Business Class services. If you recently purchased service please drop me a line and let me know about your experience!
