Comcast Cares Day volunteers paint a wall.

Comcast Cares Day

A celebration of our commitment to giving back each and every day of the year.

Now in its 18th year, Comcast Cares Day is one of the largest corporate commitments to volunteerism and service in America. Comcast NBCUniversal’s long-standing company tradition has engaged more than one million volunteers to help strengthen communities around the world where our customers and employees live and work. This year for the first time, we will welcome colleagues at Sky to join this tradition of giving back. Our company-wide celebration of Comcast Cares Day happens Saturday, May 4, 2019, and hundreds of projects will take place between April and mid-May.

  • Comcast Cares Day 2018

On Comcast Cares Day and every day, we work to create a lasting impact in our communities.

  • Comcast Cares Day 2018: A Lasting Impact in Santa Rosa

Over 500 volunteers came together on Comcast Cares Day to break ground for the new Santa Rosa Integrated Wellness in the aftermath of the California wildfires.

  • Comcast Cares Day 2018: Thinking Green

On Comcast Cares Day, volunteers were involved in multiple sustainability efforts including composting, water conservation, and community farming.

  • Comcast Cares Day 2017: Writing a Code for Success

Comcast Cares Day volunteers in Washington, D.C. spent time at a Boys & Girls Club teaching 9 to 11 year olds how to code and program computers.

We are firm believers that corporations have a responsibility to give back to the communities where their employees and customers live and work and to partner with local governments, organizations, and nonprofits to make our communities stronger.
