Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct represents Comcast’s business philosophy and values, and it defines how the company conducts itself around the world. The Code of Conduct sets forth the expectation of legal and ethical behavior from all employees. All of our officers, directors and employees are required to carefully read, be trained on and follow the policies set forth in our Code of Conduct, and they must annually certify their compliance with the Code of Conduct. The Compliance Committee periodically recommends updates to the Code of Conduct, which are approved by the Board.
