This is what NorthStar brings to its mission of delivering top-quality consulting in program/project management, business process improvement, systems development and integration, business intelligence and management training. It’s also what has enabled the company to become a trusted Comcast supplier for eight years.
"We’re incredibly proud of the relationship we’ve built with Comcast," said NorthStar President Chris Collins, a West Point graduate who later served in numerous command and staff positions, from the platoon to Joint Task Force level, throughout the United States and Europe . "We’re grateful for the opportunity they gave us back in 2005, and we’ve worked hard to steadily deliver for them ever since. They remain one of our largest and most preferred clients."
Initially, NorthStar provided project management support for an extensive website redesign project Comcast was undertaking. Since then, its business at Comcast has flourished to include support for enterprise-level initiatives in multiple technology platforms across a variety of business units, including National Customer Operations (NCO), Network Engineering & Technical Operations (NE&TO), E-Commerce Operations, Marketing, and Finance, among others.
As NorthStar’s relationship with Comcast has grown, so has the company itself. For three consecutive years, it has been recognized in Inc. Magazine’s list of the country’s 5,000 fastest growing private companies. Collins attributes that to NorthStar’s customized approach and dedication to service.
"Two of our primary core values are personalized service and value-added service delivery," he said. "I think this has enabled us to forge a reputation with Comcast, and the rest of our clients, for being a true partner that can help them achieve their goals."
