Jeff serves as Regional Vice President for Comcast's Twin Cities Region and is responsible for 2,000 employees in a four state area, including operations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri and Kansas. The Twin Cities Region provides video, high-speed internet, digital phone service and home security products for more than 600,000 residential and business customers.
Soon after arriving in the Twin Cities Region in the fall of 2013, Jeff engaged with the community. He currently sits on the board of Greater MSP (Minneapolis Saint Paul Regional Economic Development Partnership) and is a cabinet leader for the Corporate Campaign Division of the Greater Twin Cities United Way.
Prior to joining the Twin Cities Region, Jeff served as Vice President of sales for the Northeast Division of Comcast. In this role, he was the senior leader responsible for driving a high performance sales culture for the Direct Sales and MDU channels as well as leading XFINITY Home sales performance across all Northeast Division sales channels. Under his leadership, the Northeast Division’s Direct Sales Team saw significant year-over-year improvement in key metrics such as Triple Play Sell-in, ARPU, and MRC.
From 2010-2012, Jeff served as Regional Vice President, Comcast Business for the Heartland Region, where he developed and executed strategies to grow Comcast Business across Michigan, Indiana, Arkansas and Kentucky. Under his leadership, revenues exceeded $165 million and grew at a rate of more than 35 percent year over year.
Jeff joined Comcast in 2007 as Vice President, Comcast Business for the Western New England Region and provided direction and oversight for the development of regional operations, marketing, sales and customer care capabilities. While in this role, high-speed data customers grew from 11,757 to approximately 30,000 and 14,000 new voice customers were added. With these results, Jeff has been recognized nationally as a two-time Comcast President’s Club winner.
Prior to Comcast, Jeff held leadership positions at industry leading communications companies including MCI, TelCove, Level 3 and AT&T Solutions.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of South Carolina with a minor in Psychology. He earned his Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Tennessee.
